7. Secure Transaction and Payment Policies

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment is due at the time of booking. This rule applies explicitly to my livestream reading slots and my PRIVATE EVIDENTIAL MEDIUMSHIP READINGS when private sessions become available.

  • Accepted Methods: Venmo and Cash App are the exclusive accepted payment methods for my livestream readings and my upcoming private readings.

  • Secure Infrastructure: All transactions are secure and encrypted. My Venmo and Cash App accounts are verified business profiles. To assure strict client privacy and confidentiality, these platforms do not display any explicit business descriptors on your statement logs.

  • Livestream Operations & Technical Issues: Personal rescheduling is not permitted for livestream readings. You must attend my livestream to receive your live reading slot. In the event of connection failures, cellular drops, or platform crashes on either end during a scheduled slot, refunds are not granted. The session will instead serve as a priority credit to be used at the beginning of the next scheduled livestream event, governed by the general Terms of Use. As a reminder, it is the participant’s responsibility to attend my next livestream to claim their live reading. No email reminder will be sent. Failure to attend the next scheduled livestream event results in a permanent cancellation without a refund.

8. Services Offered: Private Evidential Mediumship Readings

Upon the official launch of private sessions, the minimum booking duration will be 30 minutes. Scheduling is managed through Acuity Scheduling via catnoirmedium.com and conducted through Zoom video calls. Participants are required to download the Zoom application prior to the appointment. Full payment is due immediately upon booking. The technical failure protocols for private readings mirror those of livestream readings; refunds are not issued for technical interruptions. However, rescheduling is permitted if the session is canceled due to an unforeseeable circumstance or technical failure on the part of the medium. Such sessions must be rescheduled within 7 calendar days of the original appointment. Failure to reschedule within this window results in a permanent cancellation without a refund.

9. Terms and Conditions: Behavior and Conduct

A strict policy regarding safety and mutual respect is enforced. Lewd, inappropriate, offensive, or aggressive behavior is prohibited during livestream or private sessions. Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the reading, permanent cancellation of the session, and a total forfeiture of the payment with no refunds or credits granted.
